our week #6 // i hit 34 weeks pregnant as scott turned 34! for his birthday, scott picked a trip to LACMA, lunch at umami burger (we're loving their "earth burger" despite the corny name) and we headed to our friend craig's art show at thinkspace gallery.
the photos: the special photo to point out this week is the one i almost blurred out because it's so personal. it's the bottom left corner image. every night scott talks to baby o through my belly. i wrote a little note about it in last week's spread and this week i made sure i caught it with my camera.
the stuff: business cards are great inclusions in project life. loyalty cards too! every time we are at veggie grill at farmers' market or umami at the grove, we swing by short cake for an espresso for scott. since we went to support our friend's art, i included a snapshot of his work in one of the 3x4" slots.
the journaling: this week i included another note to baby o. basically how excited scott is getting in these last few months and thanking her for making my pregnancy a total breeze. because of her continued health, this pregnancy truly has been more of a joy than i ever expected. (and no, bird is not her name or middle name - just part of a nickname i tend to call her.)
